Downey's FS College Football 2024 Universe Released
We had many emails and requests to produce the ratings for our quick play games in time for the first play off games. Since the last regular season game (Army vs. Navy) is on the same day as the first play off games we made the decision to complete the ratings before the final game of the regular season. If the Army vs. Navy game produces results that alters the ratings for either team, we will adjust those after the game and email those that purchased the ratings.
