(Friday, June 28, 1986) MEMPHIS, TN : A new territory is here in Memphis,TN. As a result, the USWA is born. Under Superstar Productions, USWA is going to make waves in wrestling.

- TRACY SMOTHERS pinned WHIPLASH when WHIPLASH crashed into the turnbuckle, after missing SMOTHERS with a running clothesline.
- (Vacant USWA World Tag Team Championship) FABULOUS ONES (Steve Keirn & Stan Lane) defeated THE MOONDOGS (Moondog Rex & Moondog Spot) when LANE pinned REX with the SAVATE KICK to become the first champions.
- DREADNAUGHT defeated DUTCH MANTELL by disqualification when MANTELL nailed DREADNAUGHT with a chair.
- (MAIN EVENT) (Vacant USWA World Championship = 6-Way Match) BILL DUNDEE defeated RIP ROGERS, TOMMY RICH, RICK RUDE, AUSTIN IDOL and EDDIE GILBERT when DUNDEE pinned ROGERS with a cross body block to become the first champion.
