BOYLE HEIGHTS, CA : I’m Jay Carlin (Owner & President of Superstar Productions). I’ve been named the new owner of Lucha Underground. This is a Lucha Libre promotion, with a twist. I’m taking Lucha Underground to a new dimension. To heights that fans have never seen before. This is a new era of Lucha Underground. This will be a better Lucha Underground than with the past promoters (Duero Cueto & Antonio Cueto) that ran it.
Lucha Underground is offering contracts to wrestlers that worked for Lucha Underground from seasons 3 & 4. Which may be hard to sign those wrestlers, due to some of the wrestlers have signed with other promotions (WWE, AEW, Impact, ROH, MLW & NWA). But are offering contracts to other free agents and other wrestlers. Lucha Underground is also offering contracts to wrestlers that were working for Chikara Pro Wrestling (who recently closed for business).
