A few notes:

When I first started thinking I could create Statis Pro baseball cards myself, I never thought I'd make one, let alone seven. The 1959 set is officially my seventh card set.
I did all the cards by hand, without aid of a special program. It's getting so I can knock one of these sets out in less than a week.
Fortunately for me, I was able to figure the catcher arms a little easier, as I was able to find the caught stealing percentages, but I decided to do something a little different with the outfielders, combining outfield assists and double plays to come up with the arm ratings. Again, if you have a MS Works spreadsheet copy of the files and disagree with any rating, feel free to change them.

Some other information:
The 1959 card file contains those players with 50 or more at bats or 30 or more innings pitched, as usual.
Eleven batters received BD ratings of 2 -- Eddie Mathews (MIL), Ernie Banks (CHI), Rocky Colavito (CLE), Harmon Killebrew (WAS), Hank Aaron (MIL), Frank Robinson (CIN), Willie Mays (SF), Jim Lemon (WAS), Charlie Maxwell (DET), Mickey Mantle (NY) and Bob Allison (WAS). I can honestly say I did not expect to see three Senators receive twos.
Also, four pitchers received PB rating up or downgrades -- three down, one up. Jerry Walker (BAL), Jim Perry (CLE) and Camilo Pascual (WAS) were downgraded from 2-8 to 2-7 for losing 10 or more games in 1959. Lew Burdette (MIL) was upgraded from 2-6 to 2-7 for winning 20 or more.

Once again, the combined cards for players who played with two or more teams have either symbols or a letter at the bottom right of their cards. They are:

BLANK: A regular card. Stats used for that player are solely for time spent with that team in 1959.
*: A combined Major League card. Stats used were combined from every team that player spent time with in 1959.
A: A combined American League card. Stats used were combined from every AL team that player spent time with in 1959.
N: A combined American League card. Stats used were combined from every NL team that player spent time with in 1959.

This is also a first for me because this is the first season I've created that I haven't printed out for myself. They're starting to clutter up the box I keep them in, so I have to go out and get a new box (lol). Honestly, I'll print them out some other time. Right now, I need the ink.

As for the rest of you, enjoy the 1959 season.
