Hi,
I again have RLB questions - maybe reading too much into the rules.
For the advanced game and pacing: is the deck prepared as in the basic game first by removing the 1 card from the 2nd and 4th piles (of the 4 piles) and 3 from the 1st and 3rd piles before removing more for the team's fastbreak rating?
Further note and question: For the basic game is it 1 card to be removed from BOTH the 2nd and 4th piles or just 1 card removed altogether (same for the 3 cards from the 1st and 3rd)?
Or for the advanced game are the piles just set into about four equal piles and the card removal from page 14 of instructions applied (which is the way I'm thinking it is).

This. I myself do not separate into 4 piles. I just separate the deck into two piles and take out the requisite number of cards from each pile. I never fully understood the need to break the deck into 4 piles to prepare for each half. |

For the advanced game do you just remove the cards as specified in the advanced rules?
