Does anybody know of any games that use fictional wrestlers based on real wrestlers? I know of BJ George's World Wrestling Game and Avalon Hill's Wrasslin'. I enjoy FTTM but I can't get into the fictional wrestlers as much as I would like. However, when I use games that have "real" wrestlers, I feel like I can't create my own results. That only wrestlers who were champions in real life should be champions. I don't know, it is 3:32 in the morning and I hope this all makes sense.

Thanks for any help!!

Why not take a real game, like PWS or Ultra Quick, and create your own fictional wrestlers. You could start with the real wrestler then change his personality. You would be starting with a clean slate and wrestlers who compete would never have won a belt.

If you really don't want any resemblance then make up the wrestlers names in advance and then ramdomly assign a card to them. Keeping an established game engine will make it easier.

You said that you feel when you play a real game; "Only wrestlers who were Champions in real life should be Champions." That is a tendency that we can avoid. If a wrestler gets on a win streak then give him a shot at the belt. Ignore real life happenings. Real Life for you should be your game. Example that I looked up the other day; King Kong Bundy never held a belt in the WWF. In my Federeation he will get the shots at the title regardless of real life. My Federation is real life for me right now.

When you own the game you can do and dreate what you want.

Downey puts out a UQ edition called MWP. It is a eceelent addition for UQ or a perfect set for fictional wrestlers who have a history that explains their background.

Each card has a picture of the wrestler along with the ratings.

This is perfect timing too. You can get the set with the Easter discount.
