I will soon be working as an activities coordinator for a long term care facility. I am searching for sports games with a gentle learning curve and draft league potential. Would this be a possibility?

You can use baseball cards (uses the stats on the back) or one of the available seasons ,1954 is 53 pages, 2012 is 128 pages, or one of the available teams (4 to 6 pages). Very fun game that is easy to learn.

rodney_rankin, Board games are fabulous for people in long term care facilities. Thank You for considering entertainment that is also excellent for the mind. I remember years ago my sons would take the APBA Baseball and recreate games with shut-ins who would have interests in the past; The 1948 Braves and Red Sox were popular.

When I was in the hospital my wife brought me my UQ Wrestling and Football games. My doctor thought the games were fabulous. Maybe some of the patients would prefer an easy way to complete leagues; Baseball, Hockey, Football, etc. UQ could be an answer.

What ever you come up with will be fabulous to the patients.

Thank You again,

Frank
