The Website is now working for Back-to-Basics Baseball. I realize that it has been non-working for a good while. No one was more frustrated with this than me.

You can once again download any of the seasons from 1871 to 2014.

The web address listed in the game instructions will take you to the new site.

Thank you for your diligence. Any chance that 2015, 2016, 2017 will be done? I like this game and the roster format. But since there are no rules available for creating our own seasons and players as there is with Cardboard, getting new seasons is still a big deal, at least for me.

Yes, there is a chance. I'll have something to announce for this in the near future.

Any update on this? Thanks. I'd really love those past 3 seasons.

I'm with you, Rick. Of special interest is that Washington Senators team from 2017. Would like to add them in to the teams I've printed off. So far, I've printed out about 100 great teams of the past.

Rick---How do you play this?

On the INJURY/HR (F) if the batter is not an "F" homerun rating, then the instructions say to consider it a Deep Fly Out (runner on third scores). But it doesn't say which outfielder to credit the out to. I've been giving those outs to the centerfielder, just for convenience. Or is there a way of determining which outfielder to credit the deep fly out to somewhere in the rules and I've just missed reading that?

By the way, an all-Dodgers league sounds like a neat project. Personal favorite Dodger teams of the past include 1941, 1947, 1953, 1965, and 1977.

That sounds like a good choice. But I will need to get my rules out. I was thinking that if the hitter wasn't an F for a home run, then you went through the injury process and drew another card for the at bat. So maybe I misremember that rule.

Those are good choices. I favor the 63 Dodgers over 65 I think because the 63 team wiped out the Yankees in the World Series in 4 games. I also like the 81 Dodgers. I am trying to pick 6 teams and not have many players on both teams. Jim Gilliam is the biggest problem in that regard.
