I know baseball-reference.com has changed formats recently. Has anyone tried to rate teams using the Excel program lately? Either I have forgotten a step or the format change has messed it up. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. |

Looks like the site change has changed the rating categories with the rater. I'll add updating it to me list. Doesn't look to be a large project. |

Actually, Baseball-Reference has made the process easier with their new "download to Excel" function. I, however, will need to re-write the instructions.
I just uploaded the 2016 season, as a proof of concept. |

Wow. Very nice. I will download now. I look forward to the new instructions and trying it myself. I usually do team by team instead of a whole league at a time but hopefully I can figure a way to do that as well. Thank you again. I have never had more fun playing baseball on the tabletop than with this game. |

I also uploaded a spreadsheet that will produce single teams. |

This is even better news. Great work. Now on Sunday I can have a day off and try it out. Thank you. |

Just read the instructions and haven't tried anything yet. Do you do this for a single team from the team page? If so, when you create the workbook from baseball-reference, can you delete any players you don't want to card there before you copy and paste to the rater? Thank you again. |

The single team works like a charm and is so easy. The only thing I had to do was drop down one line to paste in the stats from the worksheet as it skipped the first player otherwise. Great job. |
