If a player has a 0 on there scoring adjustment can they still receive points from HCA or Def ?Not sure if I can assign points because they have no rolls?

They can receive positive point adjustments, but not negative point adjustments. Any negative point adjustments rolled for those players would be considered lost/wasted opportunities. A player cannot have negative points at the end of a game.

Edited to clarify this scenario which isn't frequent, but can occur:

If a player with 0 Adjusted Scoring Rolls receives any negative point adjustments, those adjustments are lost UNLESS that player also receives an equal or greater number of positive point adjustments.

Example:
A player with 0 Adjusted Scoring Rolls receives 1 negative (-) point adjustment. That negative point adjustment is lost unless that same player also receives at least 1 positive (+) point adjustment which would enable them to finish the game with 0 or more points.

0 ASR + (-1) + (+1) = 0 points for the game
0 ASR + (-1) + (+2) = 1 point for the game

This doesn't happen often, but you will eventually have it occur.
