Before reading the details, please note that this is a light-hearted "preplay" of the 2012 election, and is not meant to cause anger, debate, etc

I am doing a "preplay" of the 2012 election between Obama and Romney, using Costa's Political Pandamonium Game. The "rules" are simple:

1) The two candidates face off in each state.
2) They play one match per state, winner taking all of the electoral votes for that state.
3) The Face and Heel are determined by using general voting trends, current estimates, etc. to determine the favorite in each state.
4) For swing states, heel and face will be a coin toss, or dice roll.

I don't expect my results to even be close to actual, based on what I have seen so far. Again, it's meant to be light-hearted and humorous.

Welcome to Election Central on WPN (Wayne Piper Network). It's election night, 2012.

Five states have already declared a winner. It has been a surprising night so far!

Maine, New York, New Jersey, and Vermont all go to Mitt Romney.

Massachusetts goes to Barack Obama.

So far, Romney leads Obama 50-11 in the race to 270.

In most states, the winner used illegal tactics to score their victory.

Strangely, in New Jersey, a dog entered the ring, attacking both candidates.

We will have more results for you as they become available.
